I'd rather have a 20,000 mile example and save $10k than have to deal with the potentially horrific results of dealing with a car that's sat for nearly a decade.

As awesome as it would be, and it would be awesome. I think it's into the CP section of the scale.
Like others have said thats a long time for a car to not move much. There's dry rot to worry about among other things.
I think I'd rather find a 50k miles one
